Channel of Formal Complaints
The Channel of Formal Complaints is a communication system that aims to make it possible for workers, clients, suppliers, etc. to make a formal complaint, confidentially and by means of a simple form, regarding irregular activities and conduct that may represent a breach of the Code of Conduct. All the formal complaints will be received and analysed diligently, rigorously and confidentially, applying to all of them a defined and detailed protocol based on the best practices, with the aim of responding to them and treating them in an ordered way.
The details provided through the Channel of formal complaints will be included in a personal data file owned by ETHIC LOGISTIC S.L. for the management of the communication received, as well as for the undertaking of as many investigations as necessary to determine the committing of the breach. Without affecting the above, the details of the people who make the communication can be supplied to both the administrative or legal authorities as a result of any proceeding deriving from the object of the formal complaint. This cession of data to the administrative or legal authorities will always be done in full compliance with the legislation regarding protection of personal data. The users of the Channel of Formal Complaints may at any time exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition regarding their personal data by writing to the management.
